Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs purchases made through AstroNext.ai, including astrology consultations, digital Kundli reports, puja bookings, and Divine Store products.
2. Digital Kundli Reports
Refunds may be considered where a paid Kundli report fails to generate due to a technical issue or contains a verified platform error. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.
3. Consultations & Puja Services
Missed consultations caused by platform failure may be rescheduled or refunded at AstroNext.ai's discretion.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a confirmed booking may not qualify for a full refund.
4. Divine Store Products
Products damaged during transit or incorrect products shipped may qualify for replacement or refund if reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
Customized, personalized, consecrated, ritual-specific, or perishable sacred items may not be eligible for return once dispatched.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on banking and payment partner timelines.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@astronext.ai with your order ID, transaction ID, booking reference, and relevant details. Additional verification may be requested before processing.
