Digital Kundli reports
If a paid Kundli report fails to generate or contains a verified technical error, contact support within 7 days for a correction or refund at our discretion.
Consultations & puja
Missed consultations due to platform failure may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a confirmed session may not qualify for a full refund.
Divine Store products
Physical products may be returned if damaged in transit or incorrect item shipped, within 7 days of delivery, per our support review. Custom or perishable sacred items may be non-returnable once dispatched.
How to request a refund
Email support@astronext.ai with your order or transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
